This stage also involves selecting building solutions with optimal thermal performance (U-values), as well as considering potential thermal bridging.
• SAP Calculations “as built” stage: This stage takes place after the building is completed and you have your Air Pressure Test certificate and are ready for your completion certificate. This stage is just to make sure everything has been built as per the original specification or any changes are added to make sure the dwelling still passes.
